Mr. Leguna
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Leads EHCA's day-to-day operations and oversees the implementation of the organization's environmental conservation, climate change mitigation, public health and community education programs across Tanzania.
Mr. Penford Machaku
Director of Finance (CPA)A Certified Public Accountant responsible for EHCA's financial management, budgeting and reporting. He upholds the organization's commitment to financial transparency, including annual external audits and regular reports to stakeholders.
Dr. Catherine Daftari, PhD
General SecretarySupports EHCA's governance and administration, coordinating the organization's programs, partnerships and strategic direction alongside the Board of Directors.

How We Are Organized
EHCA is governed by a Board of Directors comprising individuals committed to the organization's mission and objectives. The Board provides strategic direction and oversight, ensuring EHCA operates effectively and adheres to its core values. Beyond the leadership, our programs are delivered by a dedicated structure of Program Managers who oversee projects in environmental conservation, climate change and public health, Project Coordinators responsible for planning, execution and evaluation, Educators who engage communities through workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns, and Administrative Staff who support daily operations and logistics.
